This policy outlines the shipping and returns procedures for purchases made on buttonmashlabs.ca. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
1. Returns Policy
A. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:

Items that have been removed from packaging, assembled, modified, or used.
B. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at buttonmashlabs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
C. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days.
D. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at buttonmashlabs@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.
E. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
