We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us at buttonmashlabs@gmail.com to inquire about special arrangements.
B. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
C. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

D. Tracking Your Order

For orders shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. F. Lost or Damaged Packages
